BeamSmile Return Policy

By purchasing from BeamSmile you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

This policy applies to all purchases made from BeamSmile and to customers located in the United Kingdom.

UK Consumer Law

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund.

However, this right does not apply to certain sealed goods. Regulation 28(1)(b) states that the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

BeamSmile is an oral care product that is placed in the mouth. Because of this, it falls under this hygiene exemption.

Once the protective seal has been broken, the statutory right to cancel is lost and the product cannot be returned.

This rule exists to protect all customers. You would not expect to receive a toothbrush that had already been opened and used by someone else. For the same reason, opened oral care products cannot be accepted back into inventory.

14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

The 14-day cancellation right only applies while the product remains sealed with the protective hygiene seal intact.

To Qualify for a Return

  • The product must be completely unopened
  • The original seal must remain intact
  • The item must be in its original packaging

If these conditions are met, the item may be returned for a refund.

Returns must be sent to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Original shipping costs and warranty fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Hygiene Exemption

Once the seal has been broken the product cannot be returned or refunded.

This rule applies regardless of the reason. This includes situations where you changed your mind, tried the product and did not like it, or felt it did not work as expected.

Opened products are not eligible for return under the hygiene exemption in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If the product has already been opened our support team will not be able to approve a refund due to the hygiene exemption described above.

Bundle Orders (2 + 1 Free Promotion)

Some promotions include two paid items and one additional item provided free of charge.

The free item is a promotional gift and has no refundable value. This means you paid for two products and received one additional product for free.

If you receive three items and open one of them:

  • The opened item cannot be returned because of the hygiene exemption
  • One of the remaining items was provided free of charge and has no refundable value
  • Only one unopened paid item may be returned within the 14-day return period

Refunds are issued only for paid items that are returned unopened and sealed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

You will need to provide a photo clearly showing the problem.

Once verified we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund including shipping

Order Processing

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Unopened items may still be returned within 14 days of delivery according to this policy.

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected when they arrive at our international warehouse.

If the seal is intact and the product is unused:

  • A refund will be issued

If the seal is broken or the product shows any signs of use:

  • The item will be disposed of
  • No refund will be issued

By completing your purchase you agree to follow the return process described in this policy before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.

Can I return an unopened product?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. The product must remain sealed and in its original packaging. Return shipping to our international warehouse is paid by the customer.

Can I return an opened product?
