If Your BeamSmile Arrives Damaged
We've got you covered! If your BeamSmile arrives damaged or doesn't work properly straight out of the box, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement or provide a full refund including shipping - your choice.

BeamSmile follows the same health standards as major retailers for personal oral care products. This ensures every customer receives a completely safe, unused product - just like the toothbrushes and oral care items you'd buy at any pharmacy or store.
What this means:
- We can only accept unopened products with factory seals intact
- Products that have been used, tested, or opened cannot be returned
- This protects the health and safety of all our customers
We know you might want to try the product first, but these standards are industry-wide for all oral hygiene products. It's the same reason you can't return an opened toothbrush to any store - once it's been in contact with someone's mouth, it cannot be safely resold to another customer.
Our Inspection Process

- Packaging is undamaged and complete

If your return passes inspection: Your refund is processed immediately.

Shipping & Delivery
We provide tracking for every order and ship within 1-2 business days. Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," it's considered successfully received.
Important: We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly or check with neighbors/building management.
Return Shipping Costs
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.
Order Cancellations
We process orders immediately for fast delivery, so orders typically cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can always return any unopened item within 60 days.
What Gets Refunded
For approved returns:
- Full product purchase price
- Original shipping (only if item was damaged/defective)
What doesn't get refunded:
- Return shipping costs (unless damaged/defective)
- Original shipping (for change-of-mind returns)
- Payment processing fees
2-Year Warranty (Optional)
Available at checkout for £4.99. This gives you complete protection for two years covering manufacturing defects, electrical issues, and accidental damage during normal use.
Please note: The warranty activates immediately upon purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This allows us to provide instant coverage from day one.

Fraudulent Disputes

If fraudulent disputes result in financial loss, we reserve the right to recover all costs through appropriate legal channels.
