Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package as it moves toward you, and you will also receive automatic updates.

What Does "Info Received" Mean?
If your tracking shows "Info Received," it means the carrier has received the shipping information but has not yet physically picked up your order. This status can appear for 2 to 3 business days before updating to "In Transit."

What Does "In Transit" Mean?
When your tracking shows "In Transit," your order is on its way to your address. Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days from this status.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?
Sometimes tracking may not change for 5 to 7 days while your order is moving, and this is completely normal. We will send you another email once your order is out for delivery, which means it will arrive very soon.

Estimated Delivery Date
Your estimated delivery date is based on business days and is the best estimate we can provide. Occasionally your order may arrive slightly earlier or later depending on the carrier. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

My Tracking Says Delivered, but I Didn’t Receive My Package. What Should I Do?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or building management. If the package is still missing, contact your local postal service for assistance.

When Should I Contact You About Shipping?
Please give it some time, tracking updates may be delayed, and sometimes packages take a bit longer to reach you. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us and we’ll assist you further.

Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If your order is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
